Es handelt sich um eine stabile und lipophile Form von Vitamin C. Ascorbyl Palmitate wirkt als Antioxidant (die Wirkung wird in Kombination mit Vitamin E verstärkt). Ascorbyl Palmitate schützt nicht nur das Produkt (besonders die Öle) gegen Oxidation, es wirkt auch als Anti-Aging Wirkstoff und unterstützt/fördert Zellenregeneration.
Anwendung: Ascorbyl Palmitate ist ein lipophiler Wirkstoff und soll in die fette Ölphase gemischt werden (min. bei 80 Grad Celsius). Es wird sich nicht ganz auflösen (keine klare Ölphase) wird aber in Butter oder Emulsionen fein dispergiert.
Dosierung: 0,1-0,2% als Antioxidant
