Organic paprika CO2 extract in organic sunflower oil and stabilized against oxidation with ca. 0,5% organic rosemary CO2 extract

The extract imparts a beautiful orange-red colour to products. The colouring compounds are capsanthin, capsorubin, beta-carotene, zeaxanthin and other carotenoids. Furthermore the extract contains triglycerides, tocopherols, traces of paprika flavour and < 250 ppm pungent compounds (capsaicinoids).

Apart from that, the extract contains ca. 15% sunflower oil and ca. 0,48% rosemary CO2 extract.

Total carotenoids content: 3,0%

Application dosage: 0,1-5,0%
Store between 5-15 degrees Centigrade.
