Broccoli seed oil is the nearest natural "thing" to silicone oils and is highly praised in skin and hair care products. It has a pale yellow color that does not affect the color of the product.

Broccoli oil has a low content of oleic acid and a remarkable content of erucic (C22:1) acid.

It has a remarkable content of phytosterols, mainly beta sitosterol and a medium content of tocopherols, mainly alpha and gamma tocopherols.
