This is a real plum butter made from plum seed oil and hydrogenated plum seed oil. It has a melting range between 63-69 degree celsius.

The scent is like the plum oil (a little bit more intensive) and because of the lower iodine value compared to the original plum oil it is more heat and oxidation resistant.
