Shipping and Charges

Your order would be shipped after we've received the payment.

Since we check the order manually please wait for our confirmation mail before you try any payment. You've the options of bank transfer or paypal for your payments.

In Germany, we usually ship per DHL or Hermes. All other shipments inside and outside EU are shipped per deutsche Post,  DHL or FedEx.

You have the option of commissioning your own courier to pick up and transport the parcel. In this case, the packaging and handling costs would be between 5,00-10,00 EURO depending on the order value and destination of the parcel.

Please inform us per mail or in the comment field of the order so that we remove the shipping charges before sending you the invoice.

In Germany , we ship free of charge from an order value higher than 100,00 EURO. For orders lower than 100,00 EURO the shipping costs in Germany are 5,50 EURO.
In the Eu zone of the Europe the shipping costs (Ireland is still included) are 16,99 EURO for orders up to 200,00 EURO and parcels less than 5 kg. Orders higher than 200,00 EURO are shipped free of charge if the parcel is less than 5 kg. For orders above 5 kg we'll inform you about the shipping costs before sending you the invoice.

Shippings to the Switzerland, Norway cost 35,00 EURO for orders up to 5,00 kg. For orders to the rest of the world we need to calculate the shipping costs based on the parcel weight and size and send you a non-binding quotation.
